From TV to the stage. “Una serata tra amici” (An evening with friends) was designed as a Saturday night TV show and became a live show around Italy. Naturally, it all revolves around Christian De Sica’s multiple talents, an experienced narrator, singer, popular entertainer, and serious comic actor. He is an artist who has gained success thanks to his ability to speak to the audience lightheartedly, respecting the elegance and professionalism that his surname demands.

Pino Strabioli is the co-host, and an orchestra supports De Sica in a sort of déjà vu of Italian songs (and beyond) and acts as a swing soundtrack to his narration, between public and private, of the history of Italian entertainment.

In his book “Christian De Sica, figlio di papà”, he describes himself this way: “I am a mountebank, I feel like an actor. I feel like a showman. A comedian. I sing, act, dance. When this is your profession, you should know how to do everything. […] Also my father was like that. It’s the same style. Well, someone is good at it and someone is not”. He is very good at it.
