Umbria Jazz 2025 edition: over 34,000 tickets sold for approximately 2,100,000 Euros in gross takings. Almost 500.000 people in town during the 10 days of the festival.
The grand opening in Piazza IV Novembre with the festive audience of the great events carried away by the music of Angelique Kidjo; this was the kick-off of the 2025 edition of Umbria Jazz, a welcome return to the past that feels like celebration and participation.
The same joyful vibe was also in the following evenings at the Arena Santa Giuliana thanks to a first class line-up highly appreciated by the concert goers.
Sold out for Mika and Lionel Ritchie and big turnout for Stefano Bollani, Herbie Hancock and Dianne Reeves, Jacob Collier and Marcus Miller.
Almost always sold out in the theatres Morlacchi, Pavone and Sala Podiani of Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria where Jazz music, the true mission of the festival, was performed.
A great success, which is more relevant considering the high-quality music summer events in Italy,in all the locations of the festival: Piazza IV Novembre, Giardini Carducci, Terrazza Mercato Coperto, Priori Secret Garden, Bottega del Vino, La Taverna, Nuovo Cinema Méliès. An important anniversary for the Umbria Jazz Clinics that celebrated their 40th year of collaboration with the Berklee School of Music in Boston.
Social festival data on line: more than 1million Facebook views, 700,000 followers on Instagram, 200,000 unique organic reach contacts. The Umbria Jazz media team produced 25 terabytes of multimedia material. the official site registered an average daily traffic of about 190,000
