Tickets

Umbria Jazz doesn’t deal directly with this issue. You need to contact the ticketing companies of our events. If you purchased your ticket via TicketOne, you can find all the info at this link. Se you purchased your ticket via Boxol, please email to internet@boxol.it.

TicketOne retail outlets are located throughout Italy: find the nearest outlet here. During festivals, tickets are available at the venue’s box office one hour before the doors open.

You cannot attend the concerts at the Restaurant Stage (Arena Santa Giuliana) without a ticket for the main stage concerts. Tickets for the only Restaurant Stage (Arena Santa Giuliana) are unavailable. To attend the shows at the Restaurant Stage, you need to hold the tickets for the main stage concerts.

The ticket grants access only to the event indicated on it. Access to the event venues is governed by the terms and conditions established by the organizer, which the partecipant must be aware of, including the possibility of being asked to show a valid ID of the partecipant in the case of a nominative, non-trasferable ticket.

People with disabilities don’t need to hold a ticket to attend the Umbria Jazz concerts. Please email info@umbriajazz.com to have all the information on how to access the events.

Children up to 9 years of age enter for free if they don’t occupy a seat (purchasing a ticket is necessary to occupy a seat).
