Useful information for the disabled and their carers

Umbria Jazz guarantees free tickets to carers of the disabled.

At the entrance to the National Gallery of Umbria, a free wheelchair rental service is available for visitors with mobility problems.

For the rental you are required to present a valid identity document together with a deposit.

Useful information for families with children

Children up to the age of 9 do not pay admission to the concerts and do not, therefore, receive an assigned seat. It should be remembered, however, that in some venues (Teatro Morlacchi, National Gallery of Umbria) entry is permitted only if in possession of a ticket with assigned seat.

For the entire duration of the festival, from 3 pm to 2 am the following day, it may not be possible to take pushchairs/strollers, prams and animals into the cordoned-off areas of Piazza IV Novembre and the Giardini Carducci.  In the case of no entry, pushchairs/strollers and prams may be left in the Nursery Area in Piazza Italia.

For the entire period of the festival there will be designated areas for children:

Nursery Area: from 2 pm to 10 pm an appropriate area, equipped with a baby-changing table, bottle warmer, breastfeeding corner, pushchair/stroller storage, will be available for the tranquillity of mothers and children.

Workshops for children: activities dedicated to young children, from 2 pm to 10 pm non-stop.

Workshop areas dedicated to children aged 5 to 11, from 7 pm to 12 midnight non-stop
